Ferrari Perl? nero 2011

Ferrari Perlé nero Trento doc 2011 Alcohol content 12.5% vol. FROM selected Pinot Noir grapes. 20% OF the basic wine remains 10 months IN wooden casks. After bottling, it remains six years ON the lees. Beautiful golden straw-yellow WITH fine, persistent AND numerous bubbles. Rich AND inviting aroma OF winter apple, hazelnut cream AND milk, berries, tea leaf, pastries, broom, peach, white melon, minerally slate AND spices. The taste IS tangy AND fairly acid, but also soft AND well-balanced. FULL-flavoured AND elegant. Very tasty AND  rewarding IN the mouth. Long AND slightly toasted finish reminiscent OF citrus AND almond. It goes perfectly WITH lobster AND salmon terrine, swordfish steak WITH green pepper sauce, lasagne WITH porcini mushroom sauce.
